Order Cancellation Policy – Multimax Mart

This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled.

Order Cancellation Request
Customers may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order or before shipment confirmation, whichever occurs first.

Processed Orders
Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customized Products
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Cancellation by Multimax Mart
Multimax Mart reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability

• Payment verification issues

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
