Multimax Mart offers exchanges under limited circumstances to ensure customer satisfaction.

Exchange Eligibility
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

• The item remains unused and in original packaging

Exchange Approval
Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence before exchange approval.

Replacement Shipping
Replacement items will be shipped after verification and approval by our support team.

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange unless damaged upon delivery.
