This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which customers may request returns or refunds.

Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that:

• The item is unused and in original condition

• The product is returned with original packaging

• Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting images.

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or agreed alternative.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Multimax Mart.
